BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 14-12-2021 Heard learned counsels for the respective parties. In the instant petition petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- (i) For quashing of order dated 29.05.2020 whereby and where under the respondent Bihar State Staff Selection Commission herein after referred as Commission, has not declared/shown the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7761 of 2020(19) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 petitioners as successful candidates or deliberately declared them unsuccessful by floating the cadre rules and/or decision of the state government taken in view of the order of this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) For commanding the respondent Commission to prepare fresh merit list in consonance with the Cadre Rules and/or direction of the State Government dated 03.11.2016 which was taken in view of the order of this Hon'ble Court.

(iii) For commanding the respondents State and as well as Commission not to act upon the results as declared by Commission any further till disposal of this present writ petition.

(iv) And / Or any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper and proper.

Both the respective counsels are not disputed that the present matter was covered by order dated 30.06.2016 passed in CWJC no. 10392/2016.

Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed in terms of order dated 30.06.2016 passed in CWJC no. 10392/2016. The present order is subject to decision to be passed in LPA No. 372/2021.
