2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(2), 317(3) & 317(5) of the BNS and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the lodge in which the petitioner was living was raided by police. It is alleged that in a room altogether 8 persons were there and from that room one iron cutter, country made pistol, two magazines, 13 live cartridges, 11 ATM cards, passbook of different Banks, 17 cheque books were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the seizure list it will transpire that there is no specific

It is not clear from the seizure list as to what was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is a student. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025.
5. Mr. Prem Kumar Jha, learned APP appearing for the state has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
