JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. To quash the entire proceeding of the selection under advertisement no.01/2019 published by the Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission on the basis the respondent authority hold the process against the advertisement.

ii. To further direct to respondent authority to scrutinize the entire result

Patna High Court CWJC No.12346 of 2021(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 published in compliance of advertisement no.01/2019 and also produce the entire selected candidate with petitioner mark with OMR sheet.

iii. To further direct the respondent authority issue the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner after completion of appointment process as per advertisement. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
