2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 188, 186, 324, 307, 332, 353, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that 32 named and 500 unknown persons attacked on the police force due to which some of them received injuries. Accused persons have also blocked the road and pelted bricks and stones which caused hindrance to the police in discharging their official duty.
4. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against him. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the trucks in question and almost all the injuries

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra at Saran in connection with Awtarnagar P. S. Case No. 252 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
