2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 24.600 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the bamboo orchard and petitioner is alleged to have kept the aforesaid liquor in the orchard. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.
