Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have injured in the allowed occurrence. No.45101 of 2016 (16) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 affidavit, it appears that parties have already compromised the case Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S.
