JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 447, 323, 354 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay in lodging the FIR and further prior to the present case the petitioner has filed a case against the informant and in order to save her skin the present case has been filed. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this

No.27232 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S.Case No. 381 of 2018, corresponding to G.R.No. 4288 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
