By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1196 of 2013 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2 / 2 Penal Code.
The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
