2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Circle Officer, Arwal in the matter of removal of encroachment.

3. Referring to Annexure-3, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Arwal in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8791 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2016-17 has passed order on 19.06.2018 for issuing notice under Prapatra-2, but till date no action has been taken and the admitted encroachment is still existing.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Arwal to conclude the encroachment proceeding in terms of Annexure-3 at the earliest, if not already completed, within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
