Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing fire shot injury upon the brother of the Informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.04.2022 granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 29.03.2022. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner named above be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29118 of 2022(3) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with S.T. No. 147 of 2022 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020, with following conditions:-

(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.

(2) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
