The writ application seeks a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge, 1st Court Munger to dispose of Election Petition no. 19 of 2012.

Mr. Jha the counsel for the petitioner states that he is not aware about the current status of the suit/proceeding pending before the learned court below.

Even otherwise, the petitioner would be well advised to approach the court and request for early disposal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22095 of 2013 dt.28-06-2016 2/2 proceeding/Election Petition No. 19/2012, if the same has not been taken up for disposal by the learned court.

The writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
