Case No. 183 of 2016 by which cognizance against the petitioner has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 47/53(2) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.
