Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 lodged under Sections 436, 302 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the informant has assaulted by iron rod to the wife of the deceased, in result, she died on spot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused in one case in which he is acquitted. Counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within 9 months.
With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
