The petitioners are in custody in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 14.03.2019. He further submits that name of the petitioners surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused.

Learned counsel further submits that in similar circumstance other co-accused, namely, Deepak Pandit has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29548 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Misc. No.5303 of 2019 vide order dated 31.01.2019. Considering the fact that in similar circumstance other co-accused, namely, Deepak Pandit has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No.5303 of 2019 vide order dated 31.01.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018.
