JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that identical issue was considered and disposed of in C.W.J.C. No.14649 of 2013 and another analogous matter vide order dated 17.9.2013, a copy of which has been produced for perusal of this Court at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of in terms thereof which stands noted as under : "Let the petitioners file appropriate representation(s) before the concerned Chief Engineer ventilating the aforesaid grievance within three weeks. In the event of filing such a claim or representation supported by all the documents in possession of the petitioner as also a copy of the present order, the said respondent shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously. Depending on the said
