JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the payments have been sent to the college concerned by the University. His only grievance is with regard to deduction of salary of 131 days, allegedly of strike period, which, he contends he had more than compensated by extra classes. Be that as it may, the petitioner may take such appropriate remedy as is available to him. The aforesaid grievance cannot be adjudicated in these proceedings. With this observation, this application stands disposed of.
