2. From reading the counter affidavit filed on behalf

Patna High Court CWJC No.6832 of 2023(4) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 of the respondent no. 04, it appears that the respondent no. 04 has decided to modify the map in question and because of which the house of the petitioners will not be disturbed/demolished.

3. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the house of the petitioners shall not be demolished in view of the new map. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
