08-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, the bail application i.e. Cr.Misc. No. 81706 of 2019 of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 11-12-2019. On the last occasion, vide order dated 27-11-2020, a report was called for from the learned trial court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'B' and from perusal of the same, it appears that two witnesses, out of six prosecution witnesses, have already been examined and the case is running for evidence.

In that view of the matter, the bail application of petitioner is again rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay/- U T
