The contempt application has been filed claiming willful disobedience of the order dated 28.8.2014. From the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner is regarding a departmental proceeding initiated on the basis of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition which order was subsequently set aside by the order under contempt holding that the writ itself was not maintainable before this Court.

From a perusal of the order under contempt, we do

The contempt application is, therefore, dismissed.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the opposite parties, it is for him to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
