In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the marriage of the victim girl was solemnized with the present petitioner. After marriage, accused persons demanded Rs.2,00,000/- motor cycle and golden ornament from the father of the victim girl which was denied by the father of victim girl and when the demand was not fulfilled, the victim girl was tortured, abused and killed. The police has recovered the dead body of the victim girl from the house of the petitioner from a jute bag.
