Petitioner retired from the service on 30.04.2016 from the post of Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer, Sikrahana, Dhaka, District- East Champaran, Motihari. He submits that entire retiral benefits has been paid to him except G.P.F. which he claims along with 18% penal interest.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9605 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 the respondent no. 5, the District Provident Fund Officer, East Champaran, Motihari to make payment of G.P.F. to the petitioner along with admissible interest within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
