20-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that a casual Maarpit took place between the parties on a petty dispute of cutting the leaves and branches of tree. It is further submitted that specific allegation of causing knife injury is against coaccused Sohel Ahmad @ Raju. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to have caught hands and legs of informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 222 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
