JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 In view of the nature of the order which is going to be passed in this case, the matter is being considered for final disposal at this stage without waiting for counter affidavit being filed on behalf of the State.
In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to again approach the respondent no.6, i.e., the Secretary, B.R.R.D.A., Patna by filing a representation setting out the entire claim as has been set up in the writ petition within a week. In such case, let the concerned respondent take a decision
Patna High Court CWJC No.3984 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
However, in the meantime, the final agreement granting work order to any person should not be executed before taking a decision on the representation of the petitioner, if the same has already not been done.
