It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the prayer portion of the bail petition in place of " to the Satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st Begusarai" it has been wrongly typed as " to the satisfaction of ACJM 1st Bhagalpur", and as such, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 1.5.2019 passed by this Court. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition in course of the day. Accordingly, the order dated 1.5.2019 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the said order in place
