For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ajay, GA 12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Appointment of 2006 is sought to be challenged on the ground that the petitioner has higher marks. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the finding given by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority because it speaks for itself both with regard to the seriousness with which the petitioner has been pursuing such matters and the number of indulgence which has been given to test the bona fide of such allegation. Litigation for the petitioner could be a luxury but judicial time does not come cheap. With the finding so given by the Tribunal, the writ application is dismissed as Annexure- 7 is not required to be interfered with.
