2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that during pendency of the writ application, the Competent Authority has passed a confiscation order which led to auction sale of the vehicle in question.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to challenge the confiscation order and or to avail any other
Patna High Court CWJC No.9333 of 2025(6) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 remedy as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
4. Learned AC to SC-20 for the State has no objection to the same.
5. In the given circumstances, we allow the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this writ application. Petitioner may seek his remedy against the confiscation order and it is open to him to seek any other remedy as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
