JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 36757 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier in this case other co-accused persons, whose trial was separated, have been acquitted and on that ground this application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail. Heard both sides.

In view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks.
