In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.304 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on 12.12.2017 at about 5:30 pm. the husband of the informant was caught hold by the petitioner and co-accused persons named in the F.I.R., dragged and confined into the house of Binoy Sah. Thereafter, they committed murder of her husband by sharp cutting weapons and fire arm inside of house by locking gate.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37605 of 2018(2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
