2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for termination of respondent No.8 from Anganwari Sevika of Centre No.164 of Dhewadha Panchayat, Nawada.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that for the purpose of appointment of Anganwari sevika, there is a separate guideline framed by the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.8909 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 department from time to time. According to which the petitioner is entitled to file a case before the DPO concerned.

4. In response thereof, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation, but no decision has been taken by DPO, Nawada on his representation.

5. In this background, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off, directing the petitioner to file a fresh case before the DPO, Nawada who is directed to entertain the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order after considering her case on merit within 90 days from the date of service of notice/appearance of the private respondent/concerned parties.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
