JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and admitted land dispute between the parties. Earlier three first information reports have been lodged by the petitioners side against the informant. There is case and counter case. The present case has been filed in retaliation of the case lodged by petitioner no. 1. A title suit is also pending between the parties.
