The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 415 litres of illicit Liquor from Tata Sumo Victa vehicle. Three persons were apprehended from the spot. The apprehended persons disclosed that seized liquor belongs to the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner is a habitual offender and he is accused in five other cases, this Court is
