====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-10-2020 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P. S. Case No. 135 of 2020, dated 21.04.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 188, 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The petitioner has been apprehended in this case on the basis of suspicion and from his possession a mobile telephone has been recovered.

He is in custody since 22.04.2020 and in one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25293 of 2020(2) dt.01-10-2020 2/2 other case in which he has been made accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Banka in connection with Belhar P. S. Case No. 135 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
