2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 352, 351(1), 351(2) and 3 (5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the informant while she was going to college and also misbehaved with her and further threatened to kill her entire family.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the first information report has been lodged after delay of two days and, as a matter of fact, the petitioner was on talking terms with the informant's sister and the present case has been lodged only on account of some confusion between the

It is next submitted that a compromise has also been arrived at between the parties and the said compromise petition has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit. Further, the petitioner is a student of para medical, the document in relation to which has been annexed as Annexure-P/2, and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the fact that no serious allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and also a compromise has arrived between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 514 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. (Soni Shrivastava, J) Trivedi/- U T
