2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. was registered against two persons for the murder of the deceased.

4. Subsequently, during investigation, the petitioner and others have been named who were seen carrying the dead body.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32434 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia) P.S. Case No. 577 of 2023.
