1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issue of certiorari letter no. 5072/2013 dt. 11.12.13 (Annexure-9) where under the petitioner's revival of membership to the trustee committee has been refused by saying that it is not possible and further for a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue his membership of the Bihar Advocates welfare trustee committee on receiving the membership subscription for

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.
