2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 registered under Sections 420 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons after taking consideration money of Rs. 23 lakhs from the informant refused to register the land.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. As a matter of fact, the informant and his family members have forcibly encroached the land of the petitioner, for which on 08.11.2016, the petitioner has filed a Title Suit No. 751 of 2016 against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31606 of 2024(3) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 informant and his family members which is pending before the Sub-Judge -IX, Motihari. Thereafter on 29.01.2024 the informant has lodged this false and concocted case against the petitioner with intention to create pressure upon him. It is further submitted that on 09.05.2018, the informant's brother has filed a Title Suit which was rejected on 21.12.2020. Petitioner has not received any money from the informant for selling the land in question. The present case relates to civil dispute.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
