For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra For the Respondent/s : Mr P.N.Sharma, AC to AG =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Even if the other two charges were not established against the petitioner, the first charge is serious enough by virtue of being an appointing authority, BEO, for imposition of punishment. That is good enough ground not to interfere. The minimum of punishment has been imposed against the petitioner i.e. withholding of two increments without cumulative effect. The other punishment is withholding of salary for the period of suspension except subsistence allowance. In the given facts these are justified decision not warranting interference. Writ is dismissed.
