The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol with live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28916 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018.
