Petitioner is in custody in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.643 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is 'Dewar' of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020.
Considering the fact that petitioner is 'Dewar' and he has remained in custody since 17.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District- Nalanda in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC.
