1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the instant writ petition is being filed in this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction to the Respondent authorities to give the Promotional Benefits which was granted to the Petitioner on the post of Senior Mechanic Grade-II but it has been illustrated that except those employees who already granted Ist & 2nd Time Bound
Patna High Court CWJC No.7610 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2023 2/2 Promotion with financial benefits they will be not liable to get financial benefits of Promotion vide Memo No.194 dated 03.02.1997 from the office of the Chief Engineer, (Mechanical) Mechanical Wing, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Vishwasaraiya Bhawan, Patna (Respondent no.3) and order has confirmed vide Letter No.794 dated 30.7.1999 issued by the same office of the Chief Engineer (Mechanical) Mechanical Wing, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Vishwesaraiya Bhawan, Patna alongwith petitioner seeks declaration that in which post he retired either in Mechanical Assistant, Junior Mechanical Grade-II or Senior Mechanical Grade-I with its Benefits also."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
