No.377 of 2013 dt.23-11-2016 2/2 The petitioners seek review of the order dated 14th August, 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1654 of 2010 relying upon the order passed by the Supreme Court in Vishwanath Pandey vs. State of Bihar and others [(2013) 10 SCC 545].
The judgment in Vishwanath Pandey's case (supra) was not referred to at the time of hearing of the Letters Patent Appeal. Therefore, we do not find that the petitioners can be permitted to rely upon such judgment in a review petition.
