1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. However, it is made clear that in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 18.08.2023, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind that the allegation is of opening of shop during the period of lockdown.

5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
