Case No. 139 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. He has been implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. From the allegations alleged in the first information report, no offence under section 498A I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner.
