2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.11.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown accused persons on the point of rifle looted around Rs. 7-8 thousand from the informant.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the selfinculpatory statement. The petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28471 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
