2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 472, 120B, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint case, it is case of cheating of Rs. six lakh fifty thousand (Rs. 6,50,000/-) from the complainant and allegation against the petitioner is of providing fake joining letter of Railway to the complainant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted vide para 6, 7 & 10 of the petition that there is no proof or any cheat of paper regarding the said amount which is alleged to have

Despite knowing the fact on 5.9.2020 that the call letter of Railway was forged which was provided by the petitioner, why did the complainant give the alleged amount to the accused persons on 16.8.2022 which shows the false implication against the petitioner. The petitioner completely denied from the alleged allegation. He has got no criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the petitioner and languishing in judicial custody since 22.3.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Lakshmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 405 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui.
