The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have given khanti blow on the head of informant, due to which, his head was injured. It is further alleged that co-accused Salim Nadaf gave iron rod blow on the head of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R., though, there is allegation of giving khanti blow by this petitioner and iron rod blow by co-accused Salim Nadaf on the informant's head, but only one injury has been found on the head of informant. It is further submitted that co-accused Salim Nadaf has been granted bail, vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13682 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
