The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent authority to pay the petitioner's arrear of salary as a result of grant of first time bound promotion immediately with interest.
(ii) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent authority to pay the petitioner the amount payable to

Though the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the entire arrears of salary, emanating out of grant of the benefits of A.C.P. scheme, has stood paid to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
