Patna High Court CWJC No.14931 of 2014(4) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 directing the Respondents No. 5 to 7 to comply with the order dated 24.8.2009, passed by the learned Court of Sub-Judge III, Gopalganj, in connection with Title Suit No. 27 of 2001, by which it was directed to call for the original thumb impression register from the office of Respondent No. 7 at the cost of the plaintiff / petitioner, however, till date, the Respondents No. 5 to 7 have not sent the original thumb impression register to the learned Trial Court.

Nonetheless, at the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be filing appropriate petition before the learned Court of Sub-Judge III, Gopalganj, in the aforesaid title suit, for the purposes of requiring the Respondents No. 5 to 7 to comply with the aforesaid order dated 24.8.2009, hence, the learned Court of Sub-Judge III, Gopalganj, be directed to consider the same sympathetically and enforce his order dated 24.8.2009 strictly, in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly. 3.
The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
