JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 29-07-2015 In compliance of the order dated 20th May,2015, 4th supplementary show cause is being filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, Nalanda (opposite party no.4) after service of its copy on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on the record.
Mrs. Gayatri Kumari, I/C District Programme Officer, Nalanda is in appearance in person in the light of the aforesaid order dated 20th May, 2015.
In the present show cause filed today it has been stated that fresh selection process has already been started for fresh appointment of Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari Centre in question. It is also contended that the advertisement has been
Patna High Court MJC No.347 of 2015 (5) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 issued in the news paper and in response to that seven candidates have submitted their applications and accordingly merit list has been prepared. Learned GP 9, appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 submits that in the light of the previous order, now writ petitioner Bibha Kumari is not working as Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari Centre in question.
In view of the averments made in the present show cause and submissions made by learned GP 9, this Court is satisfied that no further action is required to be taken in the present proceeding. However, the respondent no.4 is hereby directed to conclude the aforesaid selection process within a period of one month from today.
The present MJC application stands finally disposed of with the aforesaid observations/directions. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Tahir/- U
