The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016, registered under Sections 448, 504, 506, 341, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are husband and wife and the dispute has already been settled in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S.
